Why Attend A USF Sprint Camp?
Every high school athlete is looking forward to a successful season this year. Success in track is directly related to the type of preparation done before the season starts. This camp is being offered at a time when we think it could be very helpful to high school athletes as they prepare for the upcoming year. This camp will offer advice and ideas for training as well as instruction and drill work on proper sprint mechanics. Don’t miss this opportunity to prepare for the 2011 Track Season!

Campers should meet at the Lillibridge Track (69th and Cliff Ave.)
What to bring
Workout clothes, water bottle, running shoes, spikes
