Sprint Camp

Why Attend A USF Sprint Camp?
Every high school athlete is looking forward to a successful season this year. Success in track is directly related to the type of preparation done before the season starts. This camp is being offered at a time when we think it could be very helpful to high school athletes as they prepare for the upcoming year. This camp will offer advice and ideas for training as well as instruction and drill work on proper sprint mechanics. Don’t miss this opportunity to prepare for the 2010 Track Season!

Sprint Training at USF
Some people think you’re either born fast or you're not and speed can’t really be developed.
We disagree—with proper training speed can be developed. The two critical factors in helping athletes develop speed is training that is specific for the demands of their event and development of proper sprinting biomechanics. We will teach you everything we teach our collegiate sprinters and hurdlers at this camp.
