2009 Pole Vault Camps
Why Attend A USF Vault Camp? Proper technique determines success in the pole vault probably more than any other event in track. If you desire to vault higher, get to the next level, compete at the state meet, contend for a state championship or simply just improve your performance it is critical to learn the proper skills. This camp is designed to teach you those skills so that you can have your best season ever. Don’t miss this opportunity to prepare for the 2010 Track Season!

| Registration fee includes lunch and camp T-shirt.Camp will have a limited enrollment (20) and the registration deadline is one week prior to the camp. Where to meet Campers should meet at the Lillibridge Track (69th and Cliff Ave.)
What to bring Bring your own poles if possible (if not we will have poles for you), workout clothes, water bottle, running shoes, spikes.

• Approach work
• Vault drills for each phase of the vault
• Gymnastics drills
• Video analysis of campers
• Video analysis of world-class vaulters
